The Founder Chairman- Mr. Riencey Withanage

Mr. Riencey, who owns a bakery degree at ABS, creates his own recipes for every product in Remarko. These unique recipes will accommodate the goodness of bakery items which sell at our outlets. He is the vice president of all Ceylon bakery owners association-sri lanka. The wise decisions of our chairmen hold the success of Remarko for more than 25 years and he grooms Remarko to be the best bakery in Sri Lanka.

Directress - Mrs. T.A. Chandrika Withanage

With her expertise and experience of being in the banking industry for more than 15 years, administrate the current computerized restaurant management system and finance department. She contributes her banking and management knowledge for the well being of Remarko bakers and she is the invisible hand behind Remarko bakers success.

Directress - Mrs. W.W.D. Hiruni Charithri Withanage

Miss. Withanage who is an undergraduate of BBA marketing (special) at university of Colombo, CIMA passed finalist, and Executive Masters of Business Administration at University of Colombo, contributes her knowledge in marketing the bakery products. She is the daughter of our chairman and manages all the outlets with her assistants in order to maintain the customer touch points. Moreover, she manages the process and procedures of Remarko Nuwaraeliya.

Director - Mr. W.W.D. Gayanga Prabath Withanage

The top management is responsible for strategic direction of Remarko. The management meets regularly in order to monitor the performance of the Company.

The Chairman / Managing Director and Directress comprise of the Executive Committee, which regularly deliberates on the strategies and also monitors performance against the objectives and the set targets. The CEO, Head of Finance, head of production, head of HR and Regional /outlet Managers assist this Committee. The segregation between the roles of Chairman and directress has enabled the Company to maintain a balance between the authority and responsibility exercised within the organization.

Last but not least, our bottom line employees, a total of 150 and our team of chefs work hard in making Remarko a success. With out them the Remarko will not operate at its best.
